This weekend as I lay in bed with the flu, I was thankful to know that the church was in good hands. After all, it isn’t “my” church, it is God’s, and He is the One who is in control. It is His Word, not mine that will change the hearts and lives of people.
Though I really don’t like being sick (believe me, that’s a big understatement!), I am thankful for the reminder He knows all things, and that He has put men in the church to fill in in my absence.
Thanks to all who had a part to keep things running smoothly. Greg and Derek, thanks for the thought provoking messages.
